We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. Please note that due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at sandra@naturalcommonscents.com.
Change of Mind Returns If you change your mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
