New Zealand Orders

• Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
• We ship from New Zealand using NZ Post/CourierPost

International Orders

• Standard international shipping: up to 14 business days
• Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched
